Our guarantee is limited to the original purchaser and for the following time periods:
Upon the date of purchase, this guarantee is for a period of 60 days, during normal seasonal activity of moles that produce surface tunnels.
If this purchase was made during during periods on non seasonal activity, or as a gift for later use, the guarantee is extended to the next seasonal activity, for a period of 60 days.
Seasonal activity is determined by geographical location, climatic conditions at the time of purchase, and time of year.
Nuisance Wildlife Control products has the final determination on seasonal activity decisions, and will make their determination based upon their findings through geographical research, weather data and other customers in your area.
This guarantee is void if the Easyset Mole Trap is used for commercial purposes or is sold for resale.

Returns are limited to product guarantees and warranties as disclosed in the operational pamphlet enclosed with the product.
Refunds will be authorized only with a Return Authorization by Nuisance Wildlife Control Products. Refunds are at the discretion of the seller as seller guarantees products based upon manufacturers warranties and guarantees and participation of the purchaser in properly operating and using the product within the scope of the operating guidelines and instructions that accompanied the product.
Buyer/Purchaser assumes all shipping charges on products authorized for return and refunds.
