Return Policy
Returns are limited to product guarantees and warranties as disclosed in the operational pamphlet enclosed with the product.
Refunds will be authorized only with a Return Authorization by Nuisance Wildlife Control Products. Refunds are at the discretion of the seller as seller guarantees products based upon manufacturers warranties and guarantees and participation of the purchaser in properly operating and using the product within the scope of the operating guidelines and instructions that accompanied the product.
Buyer/Purchaser assumes all shipping charges on products authorized for return and refunds.
Buyer/Purchaser assumes all liabilities in shipping returned goods to Nuisance Wildlife Control Products.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Nuisance Wildlife Control Products warrants to the original purchaser a limited lifetime warranty for workmanship and materials. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser, effective July 1, 2008, the date of the original purchase as evidenced by a copy of your receipt.
This product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
This limited lifetime warranty does not include damages as the result of acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse negligence, modifications, unsuitable environments, improper maintenance, or damages as a direct or indirect result of the product.
The obligation and liability of the manufacturer, and your exclusive remedy under warranty is limited. Nuisance Wildlife Control will be repair or provide a replacement with the same of equivalent product or of the defective portion of the product at he sole option of the manufacturer, if determined that the product was defective and the defect arose within the duration of the limited lifetime warranty.
This limited lifetime warranty does not cover improper maintenance, abuse, damages beyond normal wear and tear, improper installation or application of the product, and use or application of this product outside of the scope it is intended for.
No other warranties, guarantees or assurances will be implied or altered from the above limited lifetime warranty statement.
Warranty Service
Upon discovering a defect, you must return the complete product freight prepaid to Nuisance Wildlife Control Products, whose address is listed below. Enclose your full name and delivery address in the USA for the return or replacement product, and enclose a copy of your sales receipt as proof of your original date of purchase.
Purchaser understands that any returned item will be pre-paid by purchaser, or shipped to the purchaser COD if no payment arrangements have been made.
DO NOT DISASSEMBLE ANY DEFECTIVE COMPONENT AS IT WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.
Refund Policy
All approved refunds will be paid in the form of payment originally received from purchaser.
Refunds will be for the original purchase price of the product, less damages, shipping and handling. There is a restock fee of 15%.
If you are requesting a refund due to delays in shipping or manufacturing issues beyond our control, and/or the product has already been shipped and assigned a tracking number by the U.S. Postal Service or United Parcel Service, you will be refunded only the original purchase price of the product, less damages, shipping and handling. There is a restock fee of 15%.
Returns Due to Shipping Errors by Customer
We ship our product through the United Parcel Service (UPS). This is our only method of shipping as the rates are stable and the shipment is insured for the first $100.00. Additional insurance is available for customer at time of purchase.
All shipping addresses must be able to accept UPS shipments.
We do not ship to P.O Box addresses!
On occasion, your shipment may have been attempted for delivery with a notice left by UPS. If the package is not pick-up by the recipient within the period of time as indicated on the UPS notice, your package will be sent back to our company. This is considered the same as an undelivered shipment and the following applies:
Important Notice
We make every effort to verify your shipping address. However, once shipped, if this address is not an approved receipt address for by UPS or the U.S. Postal Service, your package will be returned to our company due to being "undelivered". If this occurs, we will not be able to re-send your items unless shipping has been paid in full again. Shipping charges will re-occur for your order to be re-sent.
If you decide to cancel your order and not have the product re-shipped, our refund policy is the cost for the original purchase price of the product, less shipping and handling.
There is a restocking fee of 15%.
